Blue Cornmeal & Flour Griddle Cakes
1/2 cup Tamaya brand blue cornmeal
2 tablespoons corn oil or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup dry milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup warm water
Combine dry ingredients well. Combine oil and water, add and beat well. Drop
desired amount onto lightly greased hot griddle until brown on both sides. Turn
once.
