Stuffed Banana Peppers
Ingredients :
12- large banana peppers
1- small tomato-finely chopped
1/2 cup onion-chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish-chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Bacon

Instructions : Slice peppers down the middle in order to remove seeds. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl except bacon and mix using a spoon. Stuff each pepper with the mixture. Next step is to wrap bacon around each pepper and secure with a toothpick. Back for 35 minutes on 400 degrees. This can be sliced individually in slices. I serve this with a dill sauce or dill dip.. Delicious.
