Spinach Casserole
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese (Sharp)
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 egg
1 can fried onions

Cook spinach with sugar and salt. Drain thoroughly. Beat egg. Add soup and cheese. Add to spinach. Bake 20 minutes at 325. Top with fried onions last 5 minutes. You may also add 1/2 can onions to spinach mixture and put other 1/2 on top. Yummy!
