Shaker Pineapple Cake
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs and add pineapple. Mix in rest of ingredients and put into a 13 x 9 inch ungreased pan. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost when cool.
