Saucy Sausage Snacks
INGREDIENTS:
1 16-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage
DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan, mix together cranberry sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Cook,
stirring constantly over medium-low heat, until smooth and heated. Remove casing
from sausage and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Stir sausages into cranberry sauce;
heat to boiling, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm.
