Million Dollar Pickle
4 gal. sliced cucumbers
2 green peppers
8 to 10 small onions
1 c. salt
Place in stone jar covered with water. Let stand overnight; next morning drain.
Syrup:
1 qt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed

Mix thoroughly; bring to boil and add cucumbers. Cook until tender. Pack in hot jars and seal.
