Mennonite Cole Slaw
PART 1:
1 head cabbage
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
PART 2:
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Bring Part 2 ingredients to a boil. Put Part 1 over Part 2 and set overnight. For variation add chopped onions, green peppers and carrots.
