Killer "Crab" Dip with Catfish
Catfish Fillets
Green Onions, finely diced
Celery, finely diced
Mayonnaise
Bake fish for 30 minutes at 350°F. (Lemon can be added, if desired.) Drain fish.
Flake fish into bowl. Add diced celery, green onion and mayonnaise. Salt and
pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
