Hot Bacon-Cheese Bites
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded American cheese
1/4 cup salad dressing
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
sliced white or rye bread
Combine bacon with all remaining ingredients except bread; mix well. Cut bread
into twenty 1 1/2-inch squares; spread with salad dressing. Top with cheese
mixture; broil until bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes. TIP: Spread may be made ahead
of time and refrigerated.
