Cranberry Relish
1 pound fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 orange, unpeeled
2 apples, cored and unpeeled
Grind cranberries and mix with sugar. Finely chop orange and apples; mix with
cranberries. Chill overnight. Makes about 4 cups.
Note: Al does this without the apples and in a blender. He's also made it with Splenda for me.
