Seasoned Cranberry Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
1 16-ounce can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, reserving 1 cup
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Dash marjoram

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Heat oil in a medium non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender and translucent. Set aside.
Combine pepper, onion and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well by hand. Place in a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Top with reserved cranberry sauce.
Bake for 1 hour. Makes 10 servings.
