Cheese Puffs
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup soft butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup all-purpose flour
48-50 green olives

Blend the cheese and the butter; stir in the flour and paprika. Mix well. Wrap about 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive, covering it completely. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. (NOTE: Cheese Puffs can be frozen and baked later)
