Cheese Nuggets
Servings: 30 Nuggets
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 ounces blue cheese
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely crushed potato chips
Blend cheeses. Add Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Chill until firm. Shape into
30 small nuggets; roll in potato chips. Insert cocktail pick in each nugget.
Chill.
TIP: Crush potato chips in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Drop cheese nuggets
into the bag and shake to coat them.
