Cajun (Spicy) Potato Salad
4 medium-size white or red potatoes, cooked, peeled and chopped
3 eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
2 tsp. ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. white pepper
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
