Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges
Potatoes - 7 or 8
Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
Dried dill weed - 2 tsp
Butter - 1/4 lb
Salt and black pepper - 1/2 tsp each
Celery salt - 1/2 tsp
Peel and boil the potatoes until barely soft. Cut into wedges. Melt butter in
frying pan and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add in potato and seasongs. Fry until
they are light brown.
