Barbeque Sauce
2 14-oz bottles catsup
2 tb black pepper
12-oz bottle chili suace
5-oz bottle steak sauce
1/2 c prepared mustard
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1 t dry mustard
1 tb soy sauce
1 t salt
12-oz bottle beer
1 1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
2 t minced garlic
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes over
medium heat. Add minced garlic before using. Baste meat during last 15 minutes
of grilling time.
