Baked Dove in Wine Sauce
1 c Flour
10 Dove
1/2 c Butter
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sherry

Preheat oven to 350°.
Dredge doves in flour and brown in butter & garlic. Place in baking dish; cover with water and sherry. Bake 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
