Bacon-Cheese Log
1 lb. bacon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops of Tabasco sauce
Cook bacon crisp and crumble. Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 rolls about 1
inch in diameter. Combine 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1 tablespoon paprika on
waxed paper; roll logs to coat evenly. Wrap tightly in waxed paper. Chill. Slice
and serve on crackers.
