Mom always had flowers growing

She said they were gifts from God

Those boards over the window were there to support the vines that would hold morning glory blooms each summer.

Mom was very patriotic.

We always had a flag.

I think this is one that had hung over the white house.

I know she had one.

I transplanted from Ohio several Rose of Sharon trees for her but she always had tons of blossoms.
