I helped him with some things like holding one part while he slid the other one into it.

If you notice the small blue waste basket with the plastic in it, its sitting on one of my laptop stands. I keep that one beside me to rest my book on and my drink. there is a metal thing to put your drink in on the bike, but it would be awkward and my own bottle or cup wouldn't fit.
Al resting. The white thing is a small trash can. Its metal. tThe thing on top is a magnetic dish for screws. You can stick it to anything metal and the screws stay in, even if its upside down or on the side of something. Tom sent it to him.
That holds the seat and back.
Those bars go beside the seat. you can hang on to them. I think if I'd done the computer set up, they would have monitored my pulse.
He would probably not like that pic if he sees it.
