Although we have different styles, she has a feeling for color and emotion in a painting that sometimes I lack.
To be a really good artist, you have to first find yourself. After that you find the style that is YOU!
Your art doesn't have to look like anybody else's.
Two people can look at the same scene and see it differently.
It expresses your feelings, your hopes, and your dreams.
There will be times in your life when you don't feel like painting happy images.
That's fine.
You paint what is in your heart.
If you are sad or angry at the moment you put paint to canvas, those feelings will show through in some way or another.
It could be the colors you choose or the style or the scene.
It could even show in your brush strokes.
