I went back to school when I was 21 for a year, took my GED with the highest marks they'd ever seen and got my first job at Clarks Department store. I would work in a lot of other stores after that including Kresge's Jupiter, a training store for Kmart, Singers, Daws. In later years Ames but that was a long time later.
