I think this was the little one from Belize. I don't know why they do this but the Army let her enlist knowing that she was going to go back when her time was done to her country and teach women there what she was learning here. Maybe we actually had countries back then that we got along with and who weren't trying to kill us all.
In case you can't see what it says over the top bunk, it says NO SMOKING IN BED. Seriously, you could smoke anywhere else except in formation or in the classrooms.
