It's very hard for a kid to have his birthday anytime in December. I just felt like we were always cheating him. If we tried to have a party most times people would say they couldn't come just because they couldn't afford to buy one more present.
Once he had a McDonalds birthday party and that was ok I think. I don't know how he felt about it but I thought he enjoyed it.
The last time I think was when he got a party at the arcade. I think we told them all not to bring presents but still not a whole lot came and he really seemed to enjoy that one a lot.
I think it was the only one he ever got from them
Tommy got little Ewok characters and Sesame ones and lots of little cars and trucks.
