This is one of those out of order stories. On at least one visit home to see the folks and Sue, we visited Animal Land. It was under new management at the time, I think. I had heard that it closed down completely before this but either I was wrong or it had closed temporarily and then reopened. It is not only closed now. Its one of those little putt-putt places.
Tommy loved the animals.
I'm not sure but I think the "goaties" were his favorites. They didn't smell either. It was all looking a lot cleaner than I'd seen it before.
I think he was almost six.
I believe they no longer let people in with the deer.
Guess I was wrong or else we have a fence jumper, but no, not my kid!
