Definitely dairy.
Paper products.
I gave up at this point. I did snag a couple packs of his favorite instant cream of wheat.
As I was going out the door to the lot, I went by some ladies taking dead flowers and plants to toss in garbage bins.
I had thought about checking out Aldi's, but with the amount of cars in the lot and knowing they never have a lot in the store, I kept going to the right towards the underpass.
I followed Spencer to his favorite Subway. He wanted tuna subs.
I got them easy. The buns were slightly dry, though fine. He was happy about that.
I was driving, mostly following his orders when I could understand them.
He has a way of waiting until I'm on top of a turn before yelling at me to take it. He doesn't like having to rely on me to drive him.
He told me to drive under the overpass and then make a left. As I came out from under it, I said, "Here?"
He yells, "Go!"
I went.
He screams at me that I made the wrong turn.
He can't here good. I had no clue where he wanted to go because he didn't trust me with his itinerary beforehand.
After more of this, he told me to go home. That's when he told me that he had wanted to see Fairmont Parkway.
I am convinced that I will never understand men and directions.
I got us home despite him cringing. I'm not as bad a driver as he thinks. Its just when he's in the car and I'm trying to do what he says, I never know if what I do is right or wrong. On my own, I drive fine. He makes me nervous. I have driven since 1962. The only accident I've ever been in, was when I was stopped behind someone who was making a turn. Somebody else didn't stop and hit my rear end. That was back in New York, years ago.
In my entire life, I've only received one ticket which wasn't my fault. I was a tad over the speed limit because the car wouldn't stop. Somehow, the spring under the gas pedal stuck. The brakes wouldn't work. The only way I could stop it was to turn it off. I didn't have to pay a fine, because it wasn't my car. That also, was back in New York in my pre-military days.
