Its noon 8-28-2017.

They have finally called out the National Guard.

I think they should have had them hear in preparation before it even hit, but I'm not the Governor who is the one who makes the call.

I tried to catch the rain. It doesn't really show.

This is a very old pair of shoes, that I keep for going out there. My better ones have tiny holes of a lace-like design in the leather.

The boots are once Al bought that were too tight. He chopped the tops off. They are perfect for dumping the rain gauge.

I tried to make a video of the rain, but I still couldn't see it in the video the way I could see it with my eyes.
