Wheatfree Corn and Rye Muffins
Ingredients:
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 cup rye flour
4 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons corn oil
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup water
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together 3-4 times. Add water and oil. Bake in a hot
oven for 20 minutes.
