Sugar Free Frozen Mango Treat
1 package frozen mango chunks, Dole or whatever brand you find. You can even freeze your own freshly cut chunks.
Any diet sugar substitute such as Splenda or Truvia for example.

Slightly thaw them. Depending on how many you use and your microwave. You will learn by trial and error. Too much thawing results in more of a smoothie texture while the right amount gives you a smooth frozen consistency. Pulse on high until it looks lump free. I add the diet sugar when I first put it in the processor. The amount needed varies on the ripeness of the papaya. I kick out any with green edges on them.
One bag of Dole with give you two cups of frozen creamy goodness. I usually freeze the second cup to slightly unthaw the next time I want it.
*Experiment with different kinds of fruits. Watermelon doesn't work well because of the high water content. I've tried both peaches and cantaloupe. Both of these worked well. Strawberries work fine, but other berries are iffy. I freeze cantaloupe chunks if I have too many ripening at the same time. I've never tried bananas.
