Orange Tapioca Salad
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkgs. Vanilla tapioca pudding
3 c. water
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Bring to boil the Jello, pudding and water. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove and cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Add mandarin oranges. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
