Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (at room temp)
1 cup eggs (at room temp) approx 4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup hot oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
When milk and eggs are at room temp mix all ingredients together in a blender
until will mixed. Heat oil and add to muffin tins, fill approx half full. Add
pudding mixture to the muffin tins and place in a 400 degree oven until golden
brown on top, approx 25 minutes.
