Three-Cheese Biscuits
Yield: 12 servings
2 1/4 c Bisquick
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Cheddar, shredded
1/4 c Monterey Jack, shredded
1 T Butter, melted
1 x Grated Parmesan
Mix all ingredients except butter and Parmesan cheese until stiff dough forms.
Turn dough onto surface well dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in mix to coat.
Shape into a ball; knead 10 tmes.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter dipped in Bisquick.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
