Strawberry-Pecan Bread
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Sugar
1 1/4 cups Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Eggs -- beaten
2 cups Sliced strawberries
1 1/4 cups Chopped pecans

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes, the remove and cool on wire racks.
