Shaker Lemon Glazed Carrots
1 1/2 lbs. baby carrots, cleaned, cooked
1/3 c. sugar (granulated)
2 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
Place whole cooked carrots in 1 quart dish. Combine brown sugar, granulated
sugar, margarine (or butter) and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a
boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until mix thickens some. Pour over carrots. Bake for
15 minutes at 450 degrees.
