Salmon Burger
Ingredients:
Fillet of dog (chum) salmon, ground twice
Garlic, chopped
Chopped onion
Sesame oil
Egg
Oyster sauce or Yoshidas gourmet sauce
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Chili garlic sauce (Vietnam style)
Cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
Grated ginger
Cilantro

Mix finely chopped onion with garlic salt and sugar.
Add other ingredients and shape into hamburger size patties and fry.
If mixture is to be frozen, omit cracker crumbs and egg and add them after it is defrosted.
