Reuben Rollups
Ingredients :
1 box cream cheese(8 oz.)
1 bag sauerkraut(32 oz)-squeeze out all juice by squeezing handfuls of
sauerkraut.
Season to taste with garlic salt
4 small packages corned beef(Buddig brand)
Instructions : Mix first three ingredients together and put approximately 1 tsp.
on each square of corned beef. Tuck the ends in as you roll them up. These are
very delicious even if you don't like sauerkraut.
