Pier House Guava Grande Recipe
Serves/Makes: 45
Ingredients:
# **Pier House Pina Colada Base***
2 cans (15-oz size) Coco Lopez cream of coconut
60 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
# **Per Drink***
1 piece of Guava Paste (1/2 inch x 2 1/2 inch x 3/4 inch)
1 ounce light rum
2 ounces Pier House Pina Colada Base
1 flower optional

Directions:
Pier House Pina Colada Base: Combine in a gallon jug, will keep for about 1 week. The base recipe makes about 45 drinks.
Per Drink: Fill a blender container half full with ice. Add the guava paste, rum and base. Blend until no ice cubes remain and mixture is smooth. Serve in a 12 oz glass and garnish with an hibiscus or non toxic flower.
