Pesto Pinwheels
Ingredients :
8 oz softened cream cheese
5 tbs. pesto
2 oz ham (italian)
4 herbed deli tortillas (or plain tortillas)
1 clove roasted garlic
Instructions : Combine cream cheese, pesto, and garlic in non-metal bowl. Spread
evenly over tortillas and layer with ham. Roll tightly and cover with plastic
wrap. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Remove from fridge and cut in 1/4 inch
sections. Serve cold
