Party Potatoes
9 potatoes
1 cup soft butter
1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (save some for topping)
1 jar bacon bits (save some for topping)
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven @ 350 degrees. Cut ends of potatoes, grease and bake till done. Mix
all other ingredients together. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out middles,add
to mixture. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with cheese and bacon bits.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
