Old Bay® Seasoning
Yield: 1/4 cup
1 Tbls. ground bay leaves
2 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

-Combine and store in an air-tight container.
Notes: Use on seafood, poultry, salads, meats, and more. Makes delicious steamed crabs and shrimp. Try it on French fries with vinegar.
