Microwave Maple Bacon Oven Pancake
Yield: 8 servings
1 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar
3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Maple flavored syrup
1 tb Sugar
2 Eggs
12 Slices bacon (1/2 lb.) crisply cooked and Crumbled
1 c Shredded Cheddar

Grease and flour microwaveable pie plate,10 X 1 1/2 inch.
Blend baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, syrup, sugar and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until only small lumps remain. Pour into pie plate.
Microwave uncovered on high(100%), rotating pie plate 1/4 turn every 2 minutes, until most of top no longer appears doughy, 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese and the bacon.
Microwave uncovered until cheese is just melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Serve with maple flavored syrup. Makes 8 servings.
