Low-Calorie Cranberry Salad
1 envelope (4 serving size) low-calorie strawberry gelatin dessert
1 cup chopped fresh apples
1/2 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

In a bowl dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in chopped apples, cranberries, celery and walnuts. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold and chill until firm. Makes six 1/2 cup servings
