International House of Pancakes Cream of Wheat pancakes

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
5 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup instant Cream of Wheat, dry
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by 1/3 c.
portions into a pan coated with cooking spray and cook pancakes until brown.
