Hot Bacon Appetizers
Yield: 50 appetizers
1/2 pound bacon, cooked
3/4 cup [3 ounces] shredded American process cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons caraway seed
Melba toast rounds
Crumble bacon. Mix well with cheese, butter, and caraway seed. Spread on melba
toast rounds. Place on cookie sheet and broil about 4 inches from source of heat
until cheese is melted and bubbling hot. Remove from broiler and serve
immediately.
