Grapefruit Citrus Salsa
INGREDIENTS:
1 Ocean Spray® Fresh Grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 mango, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 large red pepper, diced
1 green onion, white and green parts, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped, canned jalapeno peppers
1/3 cup apple juice
Juice of 1 lime
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a non-metal mixing bowl. Cover and chill. Serve as
condiment with fish, pork or chicken.
Makes 2 cups.
