Fruit and Pudding Crisps
Combine the following in a greased, six-cup casserole:
2-3 cups canned peaches, pears or apples, drained (keep 1/4 cup of syrup)
1 Tbl. dry pudding mix (not instant)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup reserved fruit syrup
Mix together the following ingredients and sprinkle over the fruit mixture:
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 small pkg. dry butterscotch pudding mix (NOT instant) less the 1 Tbl. used in the fruit mixture above; vanilla pudding mix can be substituted.
1/2 cup melted margarine

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes; serve warm; good with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream, or whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6
