Crab Stuffed Halibut
1 thick halibut steak (use a sharp knife to make a pocket in the middle of the
steak)
Season fish with garlic, basil, pepper, paprika or any of your favorite fish
seasoning.
Crab meat*
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
enough milk to just moisten
spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic)
Mix together to make a stuffing. Stuff the halibut pocket and bake at 350° for
approx. 20 minutes.
# Judge amounts of crumbs, eggs, and milk according to the amount of crab meat
used.
