Chili Quiches
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. Cheddar
1 c. half and half
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. jar pimentos
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
Grease pan; sprinkle chilies, cheese and pimentos on bottom of pan. Mix eggs and
Bisquick, add half and half; mix together with electric mixer. Pour over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute
