Chicken Cacciatore 2
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
3 lb. cut up chicken
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. water
Instructions: Place onions in bottom of Crock Pot. Add chicken pieces. Stir
together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours;
high 3 to 4 hours. Serve chicken cacciatore over spaghetti.
