Cheesy Beer Bread
3 cups self rising flour 2 Tabs. sugar
1 12oz can beer 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients and let rise 30 mins. Form into a loaf and bake in a greased
loaf pan 325 degrees for one hour. Butter top and bake five minutes more. This
can also be baked in other size pans such as a round pan at least 4 ins. high.
